Reflections

“Reflections” is an exploration of the balance between the seen and the unseen—how moments in nature invite us to experience both what is right before us and the deeper, quieter things underneath. Inspired by the interplay of light and water, I layered bold strokes of blue, green, and gold to evoke the sensation of sunlight meeting the surface of a rippling lake. The textures in the paint are meant to mirror the complex way light reflects off water, creating shifting patterns and hidden depths. Each layer tells a story of movement, stillness, and the fleeting moments we often overlook in the natural world.
